Since we primarily provide educational content, tutorials, and informational resources in digital format, please note the following:
- Digital content, including guides, tutorials, and downloadable materials, are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- If you experience technical issues accessing digital content, please contact us for assistance before requesting a refund.
- We will work with you to resolve any access or technical problems you may encounter.
Physical Products
If we offer physical products such as natural dye materials, mordants, or textile supplies, the following return policy applies:
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unopened condition
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Items must not be damaged or altered in any way
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used dye materials
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Digital downloads or accessed content
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contact@shaklyraaichrani.world with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely with the RA number clearly visible
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
